1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Trinity Data Feed ("Service"), provided by Trinity Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our API, dashboard, and related services.

By accessing or using Trinity Data Feed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those with free and paid subscriptions.

2. Description of Service

Trinity Data Feed provides real-time aggregated social media and market intelligence data through a RESTful API. Our Service aggregates publicly available data from 55+ web platforms including social networks, news sources, and market data feeds.

We process, normalize, and enrich this data using proprietary AI technology to deliver:

• Real-time sentiment scoring and trend analysis
• Cross-platform social mentions and engagement metrics
• Market intelligence and competitive insights
• Aggregated data exports and custom reporting

The Service is provided "as-is" and subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Account Registration & API Keys

To use Trinity Data Feed, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use

You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your API key. Do not share your API key with untrusted third parties. If your key is compromised, request immediate rotation through your account dashboard.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Subscription Tiers

Trinity Data Feed offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: $0/month — Basic API access, 100 calls/day
• Developer: $29/month — 1,000 calls/day, 30-day data history
• Pro: $199/month — 10,000 calls/day, 90-day history, priority support

Billing Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Billing is automatic unless you cancel. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

Payment Processing

We use PayPal to handle all subscription payments. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your account for the selected subscription tier on a recurring basis. For Enterprise and Custom plans, we also accept direct PayPal transfers and invoice-based payments.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Trinity Data Feed in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Resell raw data: You may not redistribute our aggregated data as a standalone product without explicit written permission
• Automated abuse: You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
• Denial of service: You may not attempt to disrupt the Service through flooding, scraping, or other denial-of-service attacks
• Reverse engineering: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the underlying source code or algorithms
• Illegal use: You may not use the Service for fraud, harassment, hate speech, illegal gambling, or other unlawful purposes
• Competitive intelligence abuse: You may not use the Service solely to monitor or surveil competing products or individuals without legitimate business purpose

Rate Limits

API rate limits are enforced per subscription tier. Exceeding your tier's limit will result in HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) responses. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse and reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action as appropriate.

6. Data & Privacy

Aggregated Data

All data returned by our API is aggregated, anonymized, and processed. We do not collect, store, or return personally identifiable information (PII) of individuals from source platforms.

Data Retention

• Account data: Retained during your subscription term plus 90 days after termination
• Aggregated intelligence: Rolling 12-month window
• API usage logs: 30-day retention for billing and security purposes

GDPR Compliance

For EU-based users, our Service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for detailed rights and procedures.

Third-Party Data Rights

The underlying data comes from publicly available sources. We do not own rights to the original data posted on third-party platforms. You acknowledge that your use of this data must comply with the terms of service and copyright policies of those platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

Trinity Holdings retains full ownership of:

• The Trinity Data Feed API, platform, and infrastructure
• All proprietary aggregation methods and data processing algorithms
• AI-powered scoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection models
• All documentation, dashboards, and supporting materials

Raw platform data ownership: Data originally published on third-party platforms (Twitter, Reddit, news sources, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those platforms and their original creators. Trinity Holdings does not claim ownership of raw data.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or input through your account. By using the Service, you grant Trinity Holdings a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the Service without written permission from Trinity Holdings.

8. Service Level Agreement

Uptime Target

Trinity Data Feed targets 99.5% uptime, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows (posted with 48 hours notice) and force majeure events.

Scheduled Maintenance

We perform maintenance during off-peak hours (typically 2:00-4:00 AM UTC on Tuesdays). During maintenance, the API may be temporarily unavailable.

Incident Response

Pro tier customers receive priority incident response and regular status updates during outages. Free and Developer tier users receive best-effort support.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRINITY HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

TRINITY HOLDINGS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THIS PROVISION MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for unused portions of your subscription.

Termination by Trinity Holdings

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For cause (immediate): Violation of these Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law; fraudulent activity; or security threats
• For business reasons (30 days notice): Changes to the Service, discontinuation of features, or strategic decisions

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. You may export your account data within 30 days. After 90 days, all account data is permanently deleted.

11. Modifications to Terms

Trinity Holdings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes (pricing, core functionality, rights, or obligations) will be announced with at least 30 days' notice via email or our website.

Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
